Come here when you need to slow down, reconnect with yourself, move something through, or simply be gently guided back into your body.
A guided breathwork journey into the forest of your life.

There is nothing you need to achieve here. No right or wrong way to experience it. Simply arrive exactly as you are.
If it feels supportive, prepare a cup of ceremonial cacao, your favorite tea, a glass of water, or simply bring yourself.
You might choose to practice indoors, surrounded by the warmth of your home, or outside in nature, letting the world hold you. Follow whatever feels most nourishing today.
For the best experience, we recommend using headphones.
See if you can resist the urge to jump straight back into your day. Give yourself a few quiet moments to simply notice.
Notice your breath.
Notice your body.
Notice how you feel now compared to when you began.
take a few minutes to journal. You might write about anything that arose during the practice, what surprised you, what softened, or what feels different now. And if words aren’t what want to come through, perhaps that expression arrives as a drawing, movement, music, or simply sitting in silence for a little longer.

we believe that transformation isn’t created by a single experience—it is cultivated through rhythm and repetition.
If this practice resonates with you, we encourage you to return to it again and again. Practice it for a few days, a few weeks, or even 21 days, and gently observe what begins to shift. Often, the most profound changes come not from doing more, but from returning to the same practice with greater presence each time.
We would love to hear how this journey unfolds for you.
If you’d like to share your experience, write to us by email or send us a message on Instagram. It is always a gift to witness how these practices continue to live and evolve in your life.
