Earth invites grounding, nourishment, and stability.

Fire awakens vitality, joy, creativity, and celebration.
Slow mornings of movement, breathwork, and embodiment.
Afternoons filled with beautiful Italian meals, beach time, walks through town, rest, laughter, connection, and the sweetness of
simply enjoying life.
And evenings gathered together through cacao ceremonies, sound journeys, voice work, energetic guidance, and ritual.
La Spirale takes place from Thursday to Monday in the hills of Liguria, Italy.
For five days and four nights, we gather in a beautiful family-owned home surrounded by mountains, olive trees, fresh air, and the slower rhythm of Italian life.
This is not a polished luxury resort experience…this is something far more intimate, warm, and alive.
The home is hosted by an Italian family, creating an atmosphere that feels deeply personal, welcoming, and connected to the land itself. It feels like home.
Meals are a central part of the experience.
Each morning begins with homemade breakfast prepared at the house, and our evenings gather around beautiful Italian dinners made with love, simplicity, and incredible local ingredients.
The property produces its own olive oil and wine, and many of the vegetables are harvested directly from the land.
Food here is not an afterthought. On the contrary — it is part of the ritual, part of the pleasure, part of the medicine.
So expect delicious food. (I mean we are in Italy after all !!)
Please note:
Two lunches during our town and beach days are intentionally left open for you to enjoy local cafés and restaurants at your own pace and expense.
Are shared and designed to support connection, simplicity, and closeness to nature.
Guests will have the option to stay either in beautiful glamping-style shared tents nestled into the Ligurian hills, or in a shared apartment space located on the property.
The glamping tents include access to outdoor-style bathrooms, showers, kitchenette spaces, fridge access, and everything needed for a comfortable stay immersed in nature.
The shared apartment includes its own indoor bathroom and shower.
Accommodation preferences will be offered on a first come, first served basis depending on availability.

To secure your Early Bird pricing, a non-refundable deposit of 2,000 SEK is required upon booking.
The remaining balance will be split into two payments due in July and August, with the final payment due by August 31st, 2026.
