We want to invite you to share a cup of cacao with us for 21 days as a means of exploring this ancient sacred medicine and learning how to use it in your everyday lives.

Cacao has been used for thousands of years in ceremony practices by the mayans and the indigenous communities in south america.

It comes from the Theobroma tree, which in ancient Greek translates as 'Food of the Gods'.

A plant medicine that will open your heart while connecting you to your body and soul.

We will gather 30 minutes a day, for 21 days via zoom at 8am Stockholm time.
We will share a cup of cacao together.
We will create a sacred space for you to connect to the medicine and to nourish yourself.
We will open up the chakra system through meditations, breathing tools, energetic practices and powerful rituals that will bring you into alignment.
You will learn how to use this powerful plant medicine and benefit from its properties.
As well as creating a habit to pause from our busy lives and make space for what is alive in the moment.
