How do I cancel my membership?

We want this to be simple, transparent, and stress-free.

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time —
all we ask is a 2-month notice so we can honor the cacao already prepared and shipped for you.

How to cancel:

Send an email to online-shop@munaymedicine.shop
Write CANCEL+ your FULL NAME ( No need for a reason or message)
You’ll receive a confirmation email
Your membership will continue for 2 more billing cycles
(this ensures all cacao already prepared, shipped, or scheduled is fully covered)
And that’s it — you’re done.

For the 3-month membership:

This option is paid in three monthly installments,
but the full 3-month cacao supply is shipped at once.
Because everything is delivered together,
the 3-month membership can not be canceled once activated.
