Winter Waters is a 7-day online journey designed to support inner circulation during the deepest part of winter.
Rather than pushing the body or collapsing into rest, this experience helps you cultivate gentle activation and nourishing movement from within— so the body stays warm, alive, and supported through the season.
In nature, winter is not a dead time. Water continues to move beneath the surface. Sap flows slowly. Seeds prepare in the dark.
Winter Waters brings this same wisdom into the body.
Through breathwork, cacao, meditation and daily self-cupping inspired by Chinese medicine, you gently stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow, soften tissues, and release stagnation — this experience helps you stay quietly alive inside winter,
slowing down without becoming stagnant,
resting without losing momentum.
Winter is governed by stillness— but stillness does not mean stagnation.
While life slows on the surface, it continues to move quietly beneath. Water flows underground. Energy is conserved, not lost. This subtle movement is what keeps the land fertile.
When circulation is not supported during this season — physically, emotionally, or energetically — stillness can become heavy.
We may feel cold, tired, low, unmotivated, or disconnected. Often, what the system needs is not more effort, but gentle inner activation.
By supporting circulation, lymphatic flow, and nervous system balance, this experience helps you honor the season without losing vitality. Through slow, warming practices, you remain connected to your body and inner movement — allowing winter to become a time of nourishment rather than depletion.
It's really not about doing more.
This is how winter becomes a season of restoration.
Sessions begin with a cacao moment — a simple, grounding practice to warm the body and arrive into presence.
We work with cacao in gentle microdoses, using it as a supportive ally for focus, emotional warmth, and connection to the body during winter.
This is an accessible ritual designed to support the nervous system and create inner warmth at the beginning of the session.

Daily self-cupping practices form the foundation of this journey.
Guided by Daniel, you learn how to use cupping safely and gently to:
stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation
warm muscles and fascia
release stored tension and stagnation
In Chinese medicine, winter belongs to the Water element — and movement is essential to prevent heaviness, cold, and emotional stagnation. Cupping offers a slow, nourishing way to keep the inner waters moving during the coldest season.

Each session closes with breathwork and meditation, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to integrate the effects of the practice.
Breath supports emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and the anchoring of inner movement — helping you leave each session feeling grounded, warm, and clear.
