About
Is a word of Quechua origin (indigenous Indians of the Inca Empire).
An andean code that represents a state of consciousness in which love, will and power entwine.
For the Q'ero Inca Paqos (shamans) to work with their own Munay is to exercise power, connection and purity.
A remedy which specifically promotes healing and the prevention of disease when ingested, consumed, applied or used in some way.
This space came about as a celebration of the ancient traditions. I was born in Peru, but life has taken for a spin around the world, currently in the cristaline and pristine lands of Sweden. This nordict part of mama earth is abundant in her expression of nature and teaching me a deeper connection to her rythms.
One thing that is clear to me, is that no matter where I am in the world, I feel a deep call to share the wisdom of my andean roots.
To share the sacredness of the apus (mountains), to the ancient traditions where the Pachamama (Mother Earth) is honored and respected. Togeher with my husband, we are passionate about ceremonial spaces where one comes into stillness, presence and in communion with the Great Mistery. In the Inca cosmovison the Spirit of Ayni (reciprocity) keeps us in balance with the Mother Earth.
Munay Medicine is the ability to tap into our own divinity, through the honoring of nature.
Munay Medicine is about receiving the medicine of love so we can walk this earth with integrity and through the honoring of her, in sacred relationship with the elemental world, the spirit world and the humanness that allows us to experience life.
Here you will find sacred tools, inspired by earth, that will help and assist you in creating moments that heal, transform and bring joy into your life.
With lots of MUNAY,
enjoy the Medicine.
